A New Year
We are excited for the new opportunities coming our way. The beginning of the year has a way of getting us excited and seeking something different from last year. It is not about erasing everything you did last year but how can you learn from those experiences. It is a new jumping off point that makes us see that we are capable of anything we set our minds on.
Somethings to think about:
What do you want to see more of?
What do you want less of?
What are you going to add this year?
These questions will get you to dig into what you really want to experience this year. Also, take time to reflect on the past year. You accomplished a lot of the course of 12 months. By taking the time to note it all, you are going to be grateful for all those experiences. I like to grab my calendar and go through all the experiences I had over the last year. You forget about a lot. By going through the details, you will see that every year has a lot to offer.
With that mindset, what do you want out of this year? You only get this year once. What are you going to do this year? Dig deep to see what is sitting inside of you. Is it writing a book, running a marathon, going on a trip? It can be anything. You define your YEAR!
